"Still got charged after canceling"
I canceled my Disney subscription before it was supposed to renew, but then my card still got charged anyway. So yeah, that was frustrating.
I tried looking around on Disney to figure out where to fix it, it was more annoying than it needed to be. Support just kept sending me in circles, and it didn’t really feel like anyone was actually checking the billing problem.
It’s not like it was some huge amount of money, but that’s not really the point. If I cancel, I shouldn’t get billed again. I don’t see myself signing back up after this.

I recently had a problem with an order on disney.com, the customer service experience was terrible. They kept bouncing me around in circles, and it took way too long to get any kind of response. When they finally did reply, it sounded like a copy-and-paste message and didn’t actually solve anything. Maybe I’ve had okay experiences before, but this latest one is what’s sticking with me right now. Super frustrating, especially from a company this big

I’ve tried using this site a few times, but something just feels off. It freezes a lot, the menus aren’t very clear, and every time I get to checkout, something seems to go wrong. It’s frustrating and makes the whole experience feel way harder than it should be.

"I ordered a hoodie from Disney.com..."
I ordered a hoodie from Disney.com, but it just didn’t fit right when it arrived. I started the return later that same day, and even that part was more confusing than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t very clear, and the return label took so long to show up that I kept checking my email over and over.
They received the hoodie back over three weeks ago, and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Every time I contact support, they basically tell me to wait a few more days. It’s really annoying, especially for something as simple as returning one hoodie.

"shipping was just okay"
i ordered a hoodie and it ended up taking a bit longer than i expected. it wasn’t a huge deal, but the tracking barely updated, so i wasn’t really sure what was going on. the package showed up fine in the end though

"Not much to watch where I am"
I was let down by disney.com. I signed up expecting to find a bunch of movies and shows I wanted, but so many of them either aren’t there or say they’re unavailable in my country. Even the search results are confusing because they’ll show a title, but then there’s no actual option to watch it. I reached out and got the usual kind of reply, basically like, “availability depends on your region” and “we’re always working to add more content,” which doesn’t really help when I’m paying now. It just feels kind of pointless when the library is this limited.

Everything worked fine overall, but the payment took longer to process than I expected. Not a dealbreaker for me, but in the end I’d say it was okay rather than great...

I keep getting locked out of my account, and it’s been frustrating. I reached out to support, but I haven’t really gotten the help I needed so far. Maybe they’re just backed up or something, but I’m still stuck and hoping it gets sorted soon.

"My order showed up later than expected, but..."
My order showed up later than expected, but thankfully everything arrived in good condition. The delivery itself was okay, just kind of slow. What bothered me more were all the aggressive reminders and notifications, it felt like they were constantly pushing me to check or respond, which got annoying fast.

"Checkout was frustrating"
I had mixed feelings about the whole experience. I liked what I was ordering, but the checkout kept freezing on me and took way longer than it should have. My payment also failed twice before it finally went through, which was really annoying.

"Fun to browse, but it adds up"
In my experience, Disney is easy to use, and my kids genuinely enjoy looking through the merch and checking out the shows. If your family is already really into Disney, I can see how there’s enough there to make it feel worthwhile.
That said, the prices feel a little steep to me, especially when it comes to gifts, accessories, and all the extra stuff. I still end up buying once in a while, but personally, I’m a lot more selective about it now.

"Cute designs, but kind of what I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and a mug because the designs looked really cute, and they definitely are. That said, I had a feeling the quality might be a little hit or miss, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. The hoodie is thinner than I expected, and the mug had a few tiny scratches in the print. Nothing awful, but for the price, it felt average.

My Disney order showed up and I was like, okay, great, everything looks good... until I noticed one item was the wrong size. Not the end of the world, obviously, but still kind of annoying. I just wish it had all been right the first time.
